What is Ritual?
Ritual is an online retailer of multivitamins and nutritional supplements with a focus on traceable sourcing of ingredients. They recently launched their first physical location in Los Angeles to engage with customers in-person and increase brand awareness.

With Ritual planning to open a physical location and expand their business offline, they needed a point of sale tool for their team members to use inside the store through an iPhone.
Other POS systems couldn’t do the job

When customers purchase in the store it syncs with their online account. They can then easily manage orders and subscriptions online at their convenience.
